Family Required to perform a Mystery Shopping Exercise - Nationwide

Our client a large Supermarket chain wishes to audit their customer service levels and till procedure training including the compliance of not selling alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.

We require a family , 2 x Adults (Over 18yrs) and a teenager (16 - under 18 ) to work together to perform some testing of our clients systems.

The assignment will involve 2 visits per month to a store in your area lasting approx. 20mins. One of the adults and the teenager will remain unidentified to store staff, whilst one adult will be required to return purchases to the store for refund by agreement.

Whilst a travel allowance is not paid for this assignment you may, if stores are within close proximity, do more than one individual store per month thus increasing your earning potential.
