dabl provides software as service online solutions to the regulated life sciences sector. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a senior level, experienced Senior Developer to join our team responsible for deployment and management of dabl’s platform.

The successful candidate will have full technical knowledge of all phases of system development (using GAMP 5 or similar SDLC approaches). He/she will contribute to the preparation of detailed specifications and will be responsible for system design, coding, testing, debugging, validation, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership on projects, formulate and define system scope and objectives.
Explore technical and architecture options based on platform requirements and present solution approach options.
Prepares design, development, implementation, and maintenance plans for systems.
Ensure on time delivery of projects through maintaining development schedule and identifying and managing risks.
Lead initiatives to improve quality and/or productivity including automated test tools or new development/validation methodologies within the team.
Performs peer review of work products such as code, designs, and test plans produced by other team members
Ensure audit & quality standards are maintained across all technical areas.
Mentor team members and encourage development and growth of the whole team.
Performance monitoring will be achieved by adherence to pre agreed schedules, results produced, and behaviour of team to achieve the results.

The successful candidate will:

Possess an expert knowledge in software development tools, practices, and lifecycle methodologies.

Have strong knowledge of the lifesciences industry, procedures/processes, and regulatory standards.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Possess excellent verbal, and written communications skills, to include writing/editing of technical, procedural and validation documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Required Skills

Min Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
4+ years as a development team lead or senior team lead.
5+ years experience as a developer.
Experience with designing and/or development of the multi-tier, distributed, fault tolerant, scalable Web solutions.
Strong knowledge of web application development using one of the following: .NET, PHP, Java or similar technologies.
Good understanding of the Windows architecture.
Good knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
Experience with producing documentation in a regulatory-compliant environment.
Proven experience of delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment
