Customer Service Representative — Russian

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for experienced customer service representatives to serve as in-game service representatives for our massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), World of Warcraft and other Blizzard games.

In-game service representatives are customer service specialists who offer support to our customers. Their main role is to provide assistance and guidance to players through a typed-chat client. IGSR's will serve as the direct link between Blizzard Entertainment and its customers. Additionally, IGSR's will be responsible for in-game customer support, as well as email-based customer support. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service representative who is very organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills. MMORPG experience is a plus.
Shift hours and days may vary. The support department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please note that applicants must be able to work additional (overtime) hours and weekends as needed.

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian
* Fluent in English
* Excellent customer service, typing and spelling skills
* Strong motivation and high level of commitment
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently
* Passion for games, especially Blizzard Entertainment products

Pluses

* 1 year or more of call center experience
* Strong knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games and MMORPGs
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…)
* Fluency in another European language
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

This is a full-time, permanent position.
