The Job
Customer Service Executive with fluency in English, Spanish/French/Italian language
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager/Operations Manager.

The Role

• Dealing with specific daily tasks
• Dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis – via phone and email
• Ensure that daily chartered Customer Service levels are met and that quality remains first class
• Resolution of issues in a timely manner and taking issues right through to conclusion
• Escalation of issues when necessary to the Customer Service Manager


The following Qualifications are essential

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in Services/IT environment
• Previous data entry experience is an advantage
