Blizzard Entertainment seeks an experienced, motivated, and highly organized staffing professional to lead our European customer service recruiting efforts. This individual will be responsible for all recruiting functions for a high volume customer service department.
The recruiter will foster influential relationships with all hiring teams by integrating their staffing experience with Blizzard Entertainment's culture of excellence and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

· Drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process for Blizzard Entertainment's European customer service department.
· Work closely with department leads and hiring managers to define and qualify requirements, generate and post job descriptions, and implement proactive recruiting strategies.
· Proactively source passive candidates, facilitate the interview and candidate selection process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
· Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief and feedback with interview teams and candidates.
· Track and record all candidate activity in company applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Meet with hiring teams on a regular basis to determine current and upcoming staffing needs, discuss candidate flow, and devise recruiting strategies.
· Effectively evaluate candidates against Blizzard Entertainment's core values and competencies per the requirements of each position.
· Liaise with all applicants ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
· Attend industry trade show events and jobs fairs for networking and recruiting.
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Fluency in English
· Bachelors degree in applicable field of study
· Minimum 3 years recruiting experience preferably in a high volume contact center environment
· Applicant tracking system experience (Taleo preferred)
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong analytical sense which includes candidate evaluation and assessment
· Superior self-management and multi tasking ability
· Highly polished and professional business acumen
· Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain extreme confidentiality
· Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent planning and organizational skills with an unmatched level of attention to detail
· Superior follow through skills

Pluses

· Knowledge of and passion for Blizzard Entertainment games
· Fluency in Russian
