Vetting and proof of identity

Подскажите, пожалуйста, правильно ли я собираю документы.
Я хочу поехать в детский лагерь для тяжело больных детей волонтером. Я списалась с лагерем и получила ряд документов, которые необходимо оформить. Документы не сложные в оформлении, но меня смутило вот это vetting and proof of identity.Мне было предложено сделать вот, что:
National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016 Guidelines
The Act provides a legislative basis for the mandatory vetting of persons who wish to undertake certain
work or activities relating to children or vulnerable persons or to provide certain services to children or
vulnerable persons.
Firstly please complete the vetting section of the application form. Under the National Vetting Bureau
persons subject to vetting are required to provide proof of identity to the registered organisation
completing the vetting. There are two ways we can verify your identity.
Option 1
Your original documentation can be witnessed at your local police station or by a solicitor or
commissioner of Oaths.
Please see an enclosed letter to bring with you to explain the process. This will need to be signed and
stamped by the official that has witnessed your documentation. They must also stamp the photocopies of
your documentation. Please send these documents back with your vetting form.
Please bring with you your original documentation and photocopies of same to be stamped.
Option 2
Supply original documentation to Barretstown with your application and we will then return this to you in
a timely manner.
You need to supply one form of Photo ID (ideally a driver’s license or passport) and a letter/bill/statement
showing proof of address.
Once we have received all your documentation an invitation to the e-vetting website will then be sent to
your email address where you can complete the vetting process online.
Правильно ли я поняла, что с меня требуется взять справку об отсутствии судимости, водительские права и квитанцию об оплате квартиры, сделать перевод (не поняла нужно ли его заверять нотариально) и отослать в лагерь и этого будет достаточно. Может быть кто-нибудь из бывалых подскажет, я правильно мыслю?
