Location: Dublin city centre

Morgan Mc Kinley are working exclusively with a US Consulting company to hire Russian speaking Content Review Agents for a role based in Dublin city centre

Morgan McKinley are looking for Russian speaking customer service agents for our clients multilingual Customer Support Centre.

The focus of the role will be to:

• Transcribe written content in Russian
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.

We are looking for bilingual candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in a content review position in a process-driven environment.

Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good attention to detail, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
