Afternoon all,

Below are some roles that Nostra are currently advertising for, please pass on to anyone who you may think this may be of interest.

Field Service Engineer / Desk side support X 3 (one senior, two junior) 25k -50k

We at Nostra have more fantastic opportunities to join a growing team of energetic, highly skilled engineers delivering world class customer service to a wide variety of clients.

If you have a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the Microsoft suite of OS products as well as networking troubleshooting and design this could be the position for you.

To have a strong chance of being considered you should have;

· Current Microsoft certification - ideally MCITP (Server)

· Three plus years of experience supporting and administering a corporate and/or SME networks

· Excellent troubleshooting and customer relations skills

· Full driving licence

Other skills that would be of advantage (some required for senior position)

· A current MCITP (Enterprise Admin) or the 2012 MCSE

· Other Microsoft certifications

· Experience in SharePoint, Office 365, router and firewall config (sonicwall, cisco)

· Installing and migrating windows servers

· Hyper-V installation and management

The current positions are split between remote helpdesk support, on-site desk side support and field service reactive support. There will also be a requirement to become part of the on-call rota which will require you to field out of hour’s calls from our clients. There will be an initial rolling contract period with a target to becoming a fulltime employee in 6 months.
