OBJECTIVE:
QA/Tester, Test Analyst or Test Coordinator in Software Development
No work permit required.

SUMMARY:
• 4+ years QA/Testing/Management experience in testing different applications for PCs, PDAs and mobile phones. Able to establish effective testing process in the company/project and organize test team ‘from the scratch’.
• Skilled in all aspects of team management, communication with customers, test efforts estimation, requirements clarification and management, test planning, scenario and test case development, test execution, configuration management and project management.
• Familiar with verifying various user interfaces manually and using automated testing tools (WinRunner, Quick Test Pro, SilkTest).
• Experience in configuring and maintaining different application and web servers on different OSes.
• Good knowledge of QA principles, ISO, CMMI and GAMP standards and methodologies.
• MSc in IT, BSc in Management and Economics.

PERSONAL SUMMARY:

Strong team player skilled in gaining consensus and commitment within the team. Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Able to establish strong working relationships with suppliers and customers. Able to change gears and react quickly to new challenges.
