We at the Grafton Employment Group has been racking our brains of late to come up with creative solutions to attracting multilingual and technical talent. It's no secret that the market is candidate driven in these sectors, sectors that Grafton Recruitment and BluePrint Appointments have historically had great success in so we thought we'd share with you some of our plans in 2013.



We're off to Frankfurt on the 4th Feb to meet with 100's of students, jobseekers and changers. We are hosting a series of events and talk's in partnership with the IDA. We are also meeting candidates experienced in the areas of ICT, Engineering, Customer Service, Administrators, Technical Support, Pharmaceutical amongst others.



We'll also be hosting a fair in Frankfurt at the end of the month and meeting with students at the Goethe University, a university with 41,000 students.

We aim to tell them why Ireland is the "Gateway to Europe" and also seeking to understand more about the type of people who would consider Ireland as a location and then present them with as many international opportunities available to us to boost their careers.
