Разыскиваются девушки, получившие GNIB card имея Partner of EU national/Irish, visa D, я знаю такие есть на форуме. Откликнитесь, пожалуйста хоть здесь в теме, хоть в личку, хоть в телефон 0857688445, очень нужна информация по документам и как можно скорее. увы и ах INIS вставляет палки в колеса

что-то лишнее потребовали (не из этого списка?)

Да, потребовали, они требуют с нас документы для defacto и на ответ, что подали на гниб карту по совсем другой партнерской визе просто тупо еще раз прислали список документов для дефакто, а там наличие всего совместного и не менее двух лет, плюс подтвердить, что я могу себя тут обеспечить, а у меня временный штамп с запретом на работу и ведения бизнеса

и вся эта фигня уже с октября тянется, и еще приписали, что если все перечисленные документы не пришлем до 20 января, то дело будет передано на депортацию

откройте себе счет и положите туда деньги, вот вы и можете себя обеспечить, а им выписку из банка, если что можете спросить у меня, помогу, чем смогу!

я просто реально не понимаю, я приехала в страну несколько месяцев назад, без права работы до получения нужных документов в ГНИБ, а они с меня требуют, как если бы я тут годами живу, а вот это:

"written evidence from your local community welfare officer stating that you, are not claiming any Sate services, benefits or funds"

AnnieGK, это вы должны сходить в социал велфэре и там вам дадут справку, что вам не выдают сейчас никакие пособия и тд.

Taisa, это ежу понятно, НО, как я,подающая документы на GNIB card, соответственно еще ее не имеющая, могу получать какие-то пособия? мне же без этой карты ни ппс ничего не выдадут. я живу с временным третим штампом, это же просто противоречит логике и попросту тратит время


как бы то ни было, неужели, те девушки, которые приехали по партнерской визе не появляются больше на сайте?
