The “Partner Services Advisor” (PSA) is a highly responsible remote relationship management role where the candidate will develop and maintain a 1:1 professional relationship with a number of designated SAP Service Partners. The PSA will be the partner’s key point of contact into SAP. The PSA will create and deliver a range of services designed to improve the performance of the partner in all their operational areas, including marketing, sales support, implementation methodologies, customer support etc. The PSA will have a series of remote 1:1 meetings with the partner, focusing on building a relationship and identifying which areas the partner would best benefit from you as their relationship manager. The PSA will focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to SAP’s growth strategy. The role is predominantly a proactive one, where the PSA drives value to the partner. The PSA must also build strong relationships inside the SAP organisation, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with the partners. Requirements: Business/IT Degree or equivalent Knowledge and technical experience with SAP would be a distinct advantage Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools (e.g. Webex, NetMeeting, Interwise, Computer Based Training…etc.) The role requires the PSA to have a strong level of technical credibility from the partner’s perspective, as such a strong IT/Software industry background is an advantage Clear understanding of partnership management in IT space Knowledge of sales/marketing & partner relationship process will be an added advantage Understanding of end-to-end business processes Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching skills an advantage Problem Analysis and problem resolution abilities Enthusiastic & pro-active, process-oriented person Relationship building/networking capabilities Customer focused and service-oriented attitude, Pre-sales experience preferred Proficient knowledge of Russian & English language essential Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Strong time management capabilities Listening, Understanding, and Responding: Practices attentive and active listening, has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns Strong coordination and planning capabilities Presenting: The PSA should have confidence in presenting to partners using remote technologies such as NetMeeting/Webex. Experience in remote selling or support would be an advantage Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Highly self motivated and performance orientated Able to work at all levels in an organization and possess strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and externally Minimum 3 years of professional experience in any of the following areas: Consulting, Pre Sales, Professional services & support roles, Partner management Account Management in the Software / IT Industry sector Location Parkmore, Galway Payment competitive salary and benefits package Category Sales - Up to ?35k, Multi-lingual, Sales - ?35k+ Modified 15 Sep 2011 Contact HR Dept |

требования у них большие,но за пол года,думаю,можно было бы кого-то найти здесь или хотя бы пригласить из России

моя компания уже 5 мес не может найти менеджера для кастомер сервис, хотя св коробками выбрасываем. уже перелопатили все что могли от агенств до личных контактов. причина по которой такоей тщательный отбор - прежний менеджер, который был с шумом уволен. поэтому теперь компания ищет идеального кандидата.

по-моему идеальных кандидатов не бывает.. всё равно нового работника, какой бы он супер ни был, надо будет учить, тренировать и показывать что к чему. Найти хорошего кандидата - это дело относительное, то есть найти лучшего из всех подавших заявления на работу. А то так ваша компания и не один год будет искать того идеального кандидата.
