JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst/Programmer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Xilinx are currently recruiting Oracle professionals with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to join our global IT team in Dublin. We would like to hear from you if you have at least 5 years experience in an Oracle development environment using Forms & Reports, PL/SQL and Unix Scripting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop new functionality for business applications using Oracle toolkit
- Provide day-to-day application support for existing business applications including user support, configuration and system administration
- Troubleshoot, identify and fix code defects in Xilinx business applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline is required.

Essential Experience:
- At least 5 years IT experience, covering support and development.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of UNIX.

Desired Experience:
Previous exposure to
- Oracle Applications
- Oracle Discoverer
- Unix Scripting
- Experience in a multinational or multi-site environment as part of a global team.
