Скажите, может человек без российского гражданства устроиться на работу в Москве? На хорошую, высокооплачиваемую работу. Нужна ли ему прописка и когда?

Этот вопрос скорее нужно задавать иногородним У москвичей с пропиской все в порядке.

Насколько я владею ситуацией, то можно при наличии соответствующих навыков, образования и при условии получения российского варианта пермита (у них он по моему называется авторизация). Дается по моему на год, но могу ошибаться. Эту инфу я изучал около года назад и уже просто не помню и могу путать с чем-нть.

Этот пермит стоит каких-то денег и по моему официально не больших, но соответственно как и все в россии нужно готовиться к проблемам со стороны чиновников и соответсвенно быть готовым к традиционным методам их решений а.к.а дать денег.

Russian companies that wish to employ foreign labour in Russia must apply for a general permit to do so. General permits are issued by regional divisions of the Ministry of Ethnic and Migration Policy and are issued for one year, which may be extended on request. For each individual foreign national, a Russian company requires a "confirmation" of the right to work which is, in effect, a personal work permit. Certain categories of employee are not covered by these requirements, including employees of foreign embassies, scientists and artists working in institutions established in accordance with international agreements, journalists accredited in Russia, crew members of ships and boats, and students on study internships.
Work permits are issued by regional subdivisions of the Ministry of Ethnic and Migration Policy and the exact terms and conditions may therefore vary from region to region -in Moscow, for example, processing a work permit usually takes between three and four weeks. The documents to be submitted with the work permit include:
copies of passport and visa;
results of an HIV test;
copy of the employment contract;
copy of the tax registration certificate of the employer;
copies of the employer's statutory incorporation documents.

Personal accreditation of foreign employees of representative offices
Individuals who are employed by representative offices of foreign companies may apply to the registration body where the representative office is accredited for their own personal accreditation - for example, the State Registration (SRC) will accredit a representative office and will usually allow that representative office to accredit up to five individuals. On application this number may be increased.
Personal accreditation confirms the official status of a representative office's employee and gives that individual the right to work in Russia without needing a separate personal work permit from the Ministry of Ethnic and Migration Policy. Family members of employees may also be granted personal accreditation. The validity of personal accreditation is linked to the term of accreditation of the representative office and thus personal accreditation may be extended only after the accreditation of the representative office of a foreign company is extended.

Registration with the Ministry of the Interior
Foreign employees of Russian companies and representative offices in Russia must register with the Department for Visas and Registrations of the Ministry of Interior (UVIR). Foreign nationals visiting Russia must register their passports and visa with the UVIR within three days of arriving in Russia. If the foreigner is staying in a hotel, the hotel will usually organize registration with UVIR. If the foreigner is not staying in a hotel, registration with UVIR is nevertheless still required. UVIR places a stamp on the foreign visitor's visa to confirm registration and without this stamp some difficulties may be encountered with the militia and other authorities.

Я даже видел русский вариант разрешения на работу)))) Примерно с год назад, стоя в очереди в российском посольстве здесь, поболтал с ирландцем, который ехал в Сибирь учить английскому детей богатых "нефтяников". Он говорил, очень приличная зряплата и жилье, и еда за счет нефтяников)))))

А здесь как раз есть все расценки. Разрешение на работу для иностранного гражданина будет стоить 1000 руб, а разрешение на привлечение и использование иностранных работников - 3000 руб

После принятия нового закона о гражданстве ситуация меняется. Теперь главное не прописка, а гражданство. Т.е. если гражданин РФ работает в РФ не там где он прописан, то работодателю ничего не бывает (по законам). Может быть только самому гражданину (и то, только если он законов не знает и ведется на вешание лапши на уши со стороны сотрудников милиции). А вот ежели работодатель нанимает иностранного гражданина, то на ето уже есть законы. И если он не оформляет разрешений на привлечение иностранной рабочей силы и у его работников нет разрешений (типа WP местных), то за ето ему предусмотрена ответственность. Т.е. все как у больших .
