сам я не дба, м.б. более сведущие найдут какие-то проблемы в тех акронимах, из которых состоит текст
а у меня кое-какие замечания по стилю:

что-то я не понял что такое "Saint - Petersburg, Saint - Petersburg".
ну и из трёх вариантов спеллинга названия родного города рекомендую всё же остановиться на каком-то одном

девелопмент жизненного циклаили таки полный цикл девелрмента (full development life-cycle)? тут бы, конечно. поподробнее, а то непонятно о чём же идёт речь. девелопмент чего? full cycle это значит что - от спека до релиза или до сворачивания проекта?

раз уж inspected (analyzed?) и rewrote, то уж re-architected (re-designed?) and modified.
в других местах тоже проследить чтоб использовалось одно и то же время. (architect ... , но implementing ..., troubleshooting...)
