Housing Minister launches PRTB

Noel Ahern, Minister for Housing and Urban Renewal, today launched
the new landlord/tenant dispute resolution service, the Private
Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB)

"The Residential Tenancies Act 2004 is now fully in force and the
PRTB is now open for business in dispute resolution", said the
Minister

The Minister also met the members of the Statutory Board and
chairman, Mr Tom Dunne, Head of the School of Real Estate and
Construction Economics at DIT, Bolton Street, who also, chaired
the interim PRTB and the Commission that recommended the reforms
in the private rented sector

"The dispute resolution service will be speedy,
non-confrontational and above all, effective", said the Minister
who pointed out that two panels of well-qualified and trained
mediators and adjudicators have been assembled to provide a
quality service

Так по-моему же уже годика два как они отказались от викторианского права в этом вопросе и сделали как в цивилизованных странах... Или это было просто бренчание ?
