Key Purpose of Job
Globoforce is seeking an IT Business Analyst to have responsibility for all business aspects of the development lifecycle from initial project setup through to deployment

The main focus of the role will be providing leadership in the area of requirements analysis for new and existing projects. In addition to delivering business requirements documentation, the analyst will also be expected to play a leading role in the review of deliverables produced at each stage of the development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Acquire an in depth understanding of impacted business areas and of their information and processing requirements
• Document business processes and requirements, validating information where appropriate
• Communicate effectively with the business and other stakeholders and influence them towards reaching an agreed solution
• Identify, investigate and progress through to resolution any issues that arise

Key skills / experience:

• 5+ years Information Systems experience. The candidate should have experience with major systems implementations.particularly experience in the online services industry

• Possess strong analytical, and oral and written communication and presentation skills

• Perform their duties in an independent, objective and professional manner

• Strong relationship building abilities

• Ability to balance conflicting priorities

• Ability to take a lead role

• Experience of full development lifecycle

• Experience of working with diverse teams (technical and non-technical)

• Strong customer focus and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the customer

• Strong skills in planning, organisation, scheduling, problem solving

• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills

• Client-facing experience
