А вот что я получила от Europe advice: "The rights of EU citizens and their family members (even if they are third country nationals) to travel and reside freely within the EU territory are foreseen in Directive 38/2004/EC. Due to the fact that you will have the right of an entry because of your family ties with an EU citizen, the consular officers together with the application, may request from you only his or her passport and a document, proving your family ties with the EU citizen. Думаю, что и к Великобритании это относится, хотя по телефону они мне заявили, что я должна заплатить за визу.

да, и обязательно должен быть Апостиль вашей страны (если замуж выходили не здесь)

директива то деиствует -и все ЕУ страны ее принимаут но со своими поправками)
