Irish Ferries ship damaged by whale

Irish Ferries has been forced to take one of its vessels out of
service after it collided with a whale in the Irish Sea close to
the port of Holyhead

The Swift Service between Dublin and Holyhead will remain out of
action while divers assess the extent of the damage

Irish Ferries says some 4,000 passengers inconvenienced by the
withdrawal will be accommodated on the Ulysses service in the
coming days
