Analog IC Design Engineer / Digital IC Design Engineer

Job Summary:

Design Engineer

These roles are for Senior Level integrated circuit design engineers who will be technical contributors on a development team creating new semiconductor devices. The detailed job responsibilities can be quite varied depending upon the skills of the individual but invariably this level requires a significant individual contribution to solve difficult design problems on the way to implementing a new integrated circuit device. These positions report to the Director of Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and production release of Vision System IC’s.
Capable of working independently on circuit design tasks.
The analog design position requires experience in the planning, design and implementation of complex analog circuits. – for example amplifiers, comparators, A to D converters and device IO design.
The digital design position requires experience in the specification, verification and implementation of complex digital designs to ensure that the functional modules that were developed meet all design requirements and they will have good yield and margin under production conditions.
Position Requirements:

Proficiency in using Integrated circuit design tools.
BEng in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of integrated circuit device design experience
Mixed Signal verification and backend physical experience preferable.
