По наводке представителя одного из дружественных нам государств выяснилось, что ирландские визы бесплатны для родителей ирландцев. Причём как для родителей детей, рождённых в Ирландии, так и для родителей натурализовавшихся ирландцев.

I have read on the INIS web site that "Some applicants are not required to pay a [visa] fee. This includes visa-required spouses and certain family members of EEA citizens (including Irish nationals) provided that proof of the relationship is submitted with the application." Could you confirm that "certain family members" include parents of both Irish born children as well as parents of the naturalised Irish citizens.
