Народ кому интерестно наша контора исчет Тех поддержку первого уровня ето котрактная работа на 6 месяцев. Надо имет разрешение на работу в Ирландии или имет гразданство ЕC .Все резуме в личку пожалуиста .
Responsibilities: • Interface directly via phone and electronic mail with customers seeking technical support services • Set appropriate customer expectations regarding incoming support issues • Enter accurate detailed information into the VMware call tracking system (Siebel) • Interface with internal support specialists and managers to drive customer issues • Create and maintain accurate customer accounts • Facilitate publication of technical bulletins on the VMware Web site and Knowledge Base • Maintain timely attention to incoming support requests during regular Support hours • Accurately and thoroughly log support requests placed by qualified customers • Work with other departments (Sales Support, IT) as required to ensure continued maintenance of accurate customer and contact information in the database • Assist customers in sourcing self serve options on VMware’s support website • Assist customers in the resolution of minor technical issues through the KB and other sources • Other duties and projects, as required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. Experience: • At least a combination of 3 years providing customer service / 1st level technical support for a product, preferably software • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, such as Word, Excel, Mozilla/IE • Experience with Internet applications, such as Mozilla, Internet Explorer, electronic mail • Working knowledge of call tracking systems, such as Siebel • Exceptional time management skills • Professional customer service skills including telephone etiquette and listening skills • Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Fluent in English (written - spoken) and Russian. Без понятия про зарплату котрактника для етои позиции . Меня попросили разместит рекламу я разместил . Но хочу заметит што все будет учитуватся по возмозностям и опiта работa кандидата .
