1. Нужен разработчик - 8+ лет опыта Java со знанием баз данных, Си и операционных систем.

2. Нужен опытный архитектор/тимлидер (чел должен быть опытней #1).

3. Нужно несколько человек наСильников, разных уровней. Буквально от студентов до супер-монстров.

Job description
solidDB is the newest product within the IBM Data Management segment. It joined the Information Management division portfolio via the recent acquisition of Solid Information Technology, a privately held company head-quartered in Helsinki, Finland and Cupertino, California. Solid is a recognized leader in the in-memory database arena, and closely integrating this exciting new technology with IBM enterprise database servers will provide a great service to our customers.

solidDB is a fully functional database server, implementing all of the usual and a few very specific components:
- in memory database engine optimized for extremely high transactional throughput and low latency;
- disk based database engine using the well known page paradigms, bufferpool management and disk I/O;
- advanced high availability technology providing real time data propagation and 99.999% data availability;
- standard application interfaces - JDBC and ODBC;
- SQL interpreter;
- runtime components including process model modules and cost based optimizers;
- solidDB Connector - the new integration layer allowing persistence of transactional data into other IBM data servers - DB2 and IDS;

You will be working on a team taking full development responsibility over the solidDB Connector - the integral piece of the solidDB Cache products. This includes the architecture, design, implementation, functional testing, system testing, and performance evaluation of this component. Beyond the local Dublin team, you will often interact with colleagues in Helsinki developing the core solidDB engine, as well as with other distributed database development teams across the world.

As a senior developer you will be expected to:
- Act as a lead developer
- Get involved in daily operations and project management

Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or a more advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field;
- Design, develop and unit test product code;
- Maintain and support all service releases of the product;
- Strong development experience in C / C++ / Java skills;
- Strong technical ability to understand, design, write, debug and test complex code;
- Over 5 years experience working in software development preferably in a team lead role;

Preferential Skills:
- Experience with software development in Unix, Windows or Linux
- Understanding of Relational Database theory;
- Knowledge and experience in SQL application development;
- Experience in software development processes;
