Можно ли парковать грузовики в residential areas?

Кто-нить видел какие-то ссылочки регулирующие паркование коммерческого транспорта в жилых районах?
Помниться даже тут как-то это обсуждали, но не могу найти. Если знаете - подскажите пожалуйста.

Натыкался иногда на точ то в некоторых эстейтах запрещено даже комерческие ваны с рекламой парковать на ночь. Где натыкался, не помню, - но точно было.

И нас эта тема интересует. Частенко у нас парочка грузовиков под самыми окнами паркуетса. Захотел посмотреть в окошко, а там, извеняюсь,попа этого самого грузавика.

нет обшего закона , все регулируется [local authorities/management companies/residents associations] ...
на нашей улице стоит грузовичек (с рекламой на борту) - закрывает фасад дома водилы ... соседи не против .

Parking restrictions

Parking is restricted in certain parts of most towns and cities in Ireland during business hours. Parking information signs on the streets will clearly display the hours that restrictions are in operation. During these hours, you are not allowed to obstruct clearways, bus lanes and loading zones. If any changes are to be made to the parking restrictions in an area, they must be approved by the local council, who will make the necessary changes to the existing bye-laws. Changes might be requested by a shop-owner wanted to have an area outside his or her premises marked as a loading bay. Residents' associations often request that parking restrictions be introduced into their area. Anyone requesting changes to existing parking restrictions must contact his or her local county council representative or the traffic division of the local authority. The request must be brought up for consideration at the local county council meeting. If it is deemed to have merit, a bye law will be passed and information signs will be erected in the area giving people details of the restrictions in place.
Permit parking

If you need to avail of on-street parking in your own residential area, you can get a resident's permit from the traffic division of your local authority that allows you to park on your street. This permit will cost approximately 25 euro (prices may vary, depending on your location. Your permit will specify the name of that street. Only one permit will be issued to any individual car owner and no more that four permits will be issued to applicants in any one household. If you live in a house that has been divided up into more than one unit of accommodation, you are only entitled to one parking permit per unit. Residents of purpose built apartment blocks are not eligible for residents' permits.

на той неделе еще пришел ответ, не было времени запостить.
в целом принцип такой. если чего не понятно - пишите в county council вашего района. мне ответили вот так.


I refer to your Customer Care Query above and wish to advise you there is a ban on the parking of Heavy Goods Vehicles of 3 tonne and over on public roads within the administrative area of South Dublin County Council, with the exception of roads within Industrial Estates, this ban has been in place since 16th February, 2004 and is enforced by the Gardaí. The commercial 4 by 4 cars to my knowledge would not be over 3 tonne weight, therefore they are entitled to park on any public road as long as they are not blocking an entrance or illegally parked. Assuming the two axle truck you mention is over 3 tonne in weight, you should contact your local Garda Station who is responsible for the enforcement of this ban or alternatively, if you provide me with details of the truck, registration number, I can write to Lucan Gardaí on your behalf.

Это парковка со стороны точки зрения Гарды.

Но есть еще один пойнт - точка зрения со стороны налоговой инспекции.

Если коммерческий транспорт стоит возле вашего дома, они посчитают или могут посчитать, что он также используется в личных целях, определить сумму (вашу личную выгоду = benefit in kind) от использования этого транспрта в личных целях (по моему это равно 40% от стоимости новой машины по рыночным ценам в Ирландии - даже если вы ее купили за 2 тысячи, а новая стоит 30 тысяч, то 40% от 30 тысяч за год = 12 тысяч).

Эти 12 тысяч добавят к вашей зарплате и с вас налоги должны быть с общей суммы доходов.

Точно также расчитывается если ваша фирма дает вам служебный автомобиль в личное пользование.
