Требуются customer support инженеры и тестеры программного обеспечения в софтверную компанию базирующуюся в Лимерике.

Требования :

для support:
* Participation in pre shipping installation and system testing work
* Participation in installation and commissioning project planning
* System installation and commissioning work on customer's sites
* Participation in customer training
* System acceptance testing and handover to customers
* Provision of hardware and software technical support
* Optimization and troubleshooting of GSM/GPRS/CDMA networks
* Internal reporting and provision of feedback to customers
* Creation and maintenance of Customer Support documentation

для тестеров:
* Test design
* Maintenance of existing test plans and test scripts
* Scheduling the testing process
* Execution of the test plans (functional, system, regression, performance and load)
* Result recording and analysis
* Participation in the reproduction and replication of customer issues
* nowledge and experience of SS7
* Telecommunication and signaling systems including MAP, SMPP, GPRS, INAP
* Knowledge of IP networks
* Real-time/embedded software
* Unix (Solaris, Linux, HP_UX), Perl, shell scripting
