Role: Support Engineer
Type: Contract or Permanent
Location: Dublin

Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the end user experience, acting as an effective point of contact for our business to the business customers whilst ensuring customer service standards represent value to the business.

Requirements/Experience Required:
· Degree qualified and/or relevant IT certification (CCNA, Network+)

· Configuration of switches and routers and identifying where issues are

· Diagnosis of configuration errors

· Networking: Data Cabling, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP

· Knowledge of fundamentals behind networking, server and storage technology.

· Knowledge of Cloud based systems – Microsoft Office365, Google Apps &/or AntiSpam

· Understanding of support team / department working practices

· Working with ticketing and reporting systems.
