опрос конечно интерестный, но это как то не совсем в формате современных опросов.
посмотрите в Интернете survey tool or survey application (free survey tool), многие из них предлагают бесплатные plans or trial plan for 30 days for example.
на крайний случай можно использовать survey tool in Google Docs.

Вопрос должен быть сформулирован так, чтобы не допускать различных его толкований. Что именно вы спрашиваете?

"Согласны ли вы с тем, что половина британских родителей желают восстановления телесных наказаний в школах?" -- ваш вопрос получается именно таким.

Я понимаю, что вы _хотели_ написать, но увы, у вас не получилось.

К тому же какое дело ирландцам до британцев?

Нет, я всегда чувствую твердую уверенность, что проблемы поведения детей не разрешить. Так можно ответить?

Что это значит? Вы сами поняли, что Вы имеете ввиду под этими эвфемизмами? Сказали детю, что так делать нельзя? Поставили в угол?

Пишите просто:

How often do you beat your child?

___Only when the child misbehaves
___ My child beats me instead.
