It is an indictment by the US Government of a hacker and it lists IP addresses attacked within US Army bases. For security reasons, the IP addresses are blacked out. In acrobat, click on “Select Text”, select some of the blacked out IP addresses and “copy”. Open notepad and “paste”. With security like this, who needs hackers?
