There is one position available for all the above languages. On the Night shift 10pm-8am, 4 days a week!!!


Overall Purpose of Role:


This position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to become part of the finest Customer Service team in the online poker industry. .


Responsibilities / Accountabilities:


Part of the start-up of a multilingual Customer Service centre
Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
Guaranteeing an unparalleled Customer Service experience
Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Must show excellent attention to detail


Skills / Experience Required:


2-3 years high volume customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience writing customer service correspondence.
Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
Must have a high level of English fluency as well as another Language
Proficiency in MS Office
General Internet Experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential
Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
Self-motivated and results oriented
Strong Team Player
