1. Tester:

You will have 2-4 years experience working as a Software Test Engineer with proven software test responsibilities.
You should have experience and knowledge of the following test areas:
o GUI Testing
o Functional Testing
o Localisation Testing
o Usability Testing
o Maintenance & Regression Testing
o Automated Testing

You should have experience of some of the following technologies:

· Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD)
· Unified Modeling Language (UML)
· MS Windows
· SilkTest

2. Programer na Jave:

You will have a minimum of 2 years Java development experience with proven project design responsibilities.

A degree or equivalent in a related engineering or computer science discipline is required.

You should have experience and extensive knowledge of the all of the following technologies:
· Object Orientated Application Development (OOAD)
· Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool - Together or equivalent
· Java
· C/C++
· XML

Experience in the following technologies is an advantage:
· JNI
· SOAP

A portfolio of experience is required and areas of specialisation could include:
· Java serialisation, dynamic class loading
· JMX components
· Java components design and implementation
· Real time data communication

3. Project lead

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years software project management experience managing complex projects with at least 8 years total experience in software product development; previous experience in development and/or software test is a necessity.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Software Product Development Lifecycles and Processes with demonstrated success in bringing a "Software Product" in to the market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organising scarce resources, managing tight budgets and deadlines, controlling change throughout the projects and generating maximum team performance.

The ideal candidate will have experienced significant direct contact with Development Management, Product Management and Customer Support in an Internationally orientated organisation.
