Key Responsibilities of this role are:

To follow agreed Standards for all kitchen areas
To ensure all items of crockery, cutlery and all kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored correctly
To assist in the preparation of food as required
To ensure all cleaning schedules / duties are carried out as per schedule supplied by the Executive Head Chef
To be aware of all responsibilities under Health & Safety Regulations and to be compliant with HACCP procedures
To adhere to all hotel procedures hotel procedures, and maintain the highest levels of personal and work hygiene

The ideal candidate

Will be hard working and understand the importance of high standards of hygiene.
They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time keeping skills.
A good level of spoken English is required.
