Требуется специалист по миграции данных на контрактной основе. Обязательно отличное знание Oracle и PL/SQL, крайне желательно знание схем баз данных биллинговых систем Flagship и/или SingleView или/и опыт миграции данных из/в биллинговую систему.

Job Title: Data Migration Specialist
The data migration specialist will work as part of the team responsible for the migration of the billing and customer management from the legacy systems to the new billing system.
Using industry standards and guidelines, the migration specialist will perform analysis on the quality of the legacy data, cleanse and map the legacy data to a defined logical data model for extraction. Working in conjunction with the 3rd party vendor data migration team, using an ETL methodology, develop and refine the extraction and migration process, consistent with the migration strategy and timeframes.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in a data migration project within a large organisation, experience of working in large project teams and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Technical Background, with a minimum of 5 years database and data analysis experience
- A strong knowledge in relational & logical database structures. Experience in Oracle and billing/CM essential
- Experience in Flagship a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven migration experience essential
- Degree or masters degree in relevant business or IT discipline
